- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow extra time during holidays or product launches.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

We aim to deliver it to your door within 10-14 business days.

We want your delivery to be as quick as possible, but delivery times are estimates only.
External factors (customs, weather, courier delays) may occasionally cause longer transit times.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most regions worldwide.
If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at help@peakcora.com to confirm availability.

Note: Some countries restrict import of dietary supplements. Please check your local regulations before ordering.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can use this to follow your delivery’s progress directly with the carrier.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These are determined by your local authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

The customer is responsible for any additional charges once the package arrives in their country.

We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Peakcora is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
