We accept payment through secure third-party processors. Peakcora does not store full payment details on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or incorrect pricing.
If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

6A. Subscription Terms
By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to the following additional terms:
Subscription Billing & Delivery
When you subscribe, your first order will be processed immediately.
Subsequent orders will be automatically billed and shipped every two (2) months (approximately every 60 days) unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Minimum Commitment
By signing up for a subscription, you agree to purchase a minimum of two (2) deliveries.
This minimum commitment consists of your initial order and one subsequent recurring order. Cancellation is not permitted until your second order has been processed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your second order has been processed.
To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancelling your subscription will prevent future recurring orders only. It will not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
Subscription Management
You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your account portal or by contacting our support team at help@peakcora.com. Any pause or cancellation remains subject to the minimum commitment outlined above.
Billing Authorisation
By subscribing, you authorise Peakcora to automatically charge your nominated payment method for each recurring order at the applicable subscription price until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing from time to time. If we do so, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing takes effect. Any price changes will apply only to future recurring orders.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
By subscribing, you acknowledge that your second recurring order forms part of your minimum subscription commitment.
Once a recurring subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind, including where you forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
If you no longer wish to receive future subscription orders, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
Reminder Notifications
We may, but are not obliged to, send reminder emails before your renewal date to notify you of an upcoming recurring charge. It remains your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to receive further recurring orders.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, product names, logos, and images — is the property of Peakcora and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without written permission from Peakcora.
