1. Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases.
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a replacement, store credit, or refund — depending on the situation.
We want you to feel confident trying our products, risk-free.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:

You must contact us within 60 days of delivery.

The product must be unopened and in its original packaging unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Items with broken safety seals.

Promotional, clearance, or free-gift items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are sent to fulfillment and cannot be changed.
9. Late or Missing Refunds

10. Subscription Orders
If you purchase a product through a subscription, the following conditions apply:

Subscription orders are automatically processed and billed at the selected interval (every 2 months) unless cancelled in advance.

By subscribing, you agree to a minimum of two (2) deliveries before cancellation is permitted.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel your subscription at least 3 days before your next billing date.
