Black Friday 2026: Offer & $500 Draw Terms

Part A: $500 Cash Draw

1. Promoter. The promoter is Fat Controller Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 53 682 347 271) trading as Peakcora, PO Box 451, Watsonia VIC 3087 (Promoter). Questions about this promotion: help@peakcora.com.

2. Promotion period. The promotion starts at 12:00am AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 2 December 2026 (Promotion Period). All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

3. Who can enter. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and the Promoter's agencies and contractors involved in this promotion are not eligible.

4. How to enter. Buy the Peakcora Buy 3, Get 2 Free bundle (5 bottles) at peakcora.com during the Promotion Period and pay for the order in full. Each qualifying order is one entry, and you can enter more than once by placing more than one qualifying order. A first order of the bundle on subscription counts as a qualifying order. Automatic subscription renewals and orders of other products or bundle sizes do not count. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned before the draw are not valid entries.

5. Prize. There is one prize of $500 AUD in cash. The cash will be sent to the winner in a Peakcora box, by tracked and insured post, to an Australian postal address the winner provides. The Promoter is responsible for the prize until it is delivered to that address. The total prize pool is $500 AUD. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 11:00am AEDT on Monday 7 December 2026 at the Promoter's premises in Watsonia, Victoria, using a computer-based random selection.

7. Winner notification. The winner will be contacted by email and phone, using the details given with their order, within 2 business days of the draw. With the winner's permission, the Promoter will announce the winner's first name and state by email and on its website and social media from Wednesday 9 December 2026.

8. Claiming the prize. The winner must reply within 14 days of being contacted, confirm they are eligible, and confirm the postal address the prize should be sent to. The prize will be posted within 10 business days of the winner's details being confirmed. If the prize is not claimed in time, or the winner is not eligible, a redraw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on Monday 28 December 2026 at the same place and under these same terms, and that winner will be contacted the same way.

9. Checks and disqualification. The Promoter may check the eligibility of any entrant and may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, made in breach of these terms, or made by tampering with the entry process.

10. Tax. The winner is responsible for any tax that applies to the prize and should get their own financial advice.

11. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy. Entrants' personal information is collected to run this promotion and is handled under our Privacy Policy.

13. Social media. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or connected with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social platform.

Part B: Black Friday Offers

14. Offer period. From 12:00am AEDT Monday 9 November to 11:59pm AEDT Sunday 15 November 2026, the offers below are available to our email subscribers and past customers through our early access link. From 12:00am AEDT Monday 16 November to 11:59pm AEDT Wednesday 2 December 2026, they are available to everyone at peakcora.com.

15. Free glass jar. Each order of the Buy 3, Get 2 Free bundle placed during the offer period includes one free bamboo-lid glass supplement jar, while stocks last. One jar per qualifying bundle. The jar has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

16. Cyber Monday store credit. Orders placed between 12:00am AEDT Monday 30 November and 11:59pm AEDT Wednesday 2 December 2026 also receive store credit of $10 AUD for each Buy 2, Get 1 Free bundle (3 bottles) or $20 AUD for each Buy 3, Get 2 Free bundle (5 bottles). The credit is emailed as a code after the order ships. It can be used from 1 February 2027 to 31 March 2027, one code per order, and has no cash value. The credit is cancelled if the qualifying order is refunded or returned.

17. Subscriber gifts. Customers with an active Peakcora subscription at 12:00am AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026 receive: (a) one free bamboo-lid glass supplement jar, included in their next subscription delivery processed on or after 9 November 2026; and (b) one free 60-softgel bottle of Peakcora Astaxanthin, included in their first subscription delivery processed on or after 1 February 2027, as long as the subscription has not been cancelled before that delivery is processed. A paused subscription still qualifies: the bottle is included in the first delivery after it resumes, if that delivery is processed by 31 July 2027. One jar and one bottle per subscriber, however many subscriptions they hold. Subscriber gifts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and are not entries into the $500 draw.

18. General. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter may change or end these offers only if circumstances beyond its control require it, and in line with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or our 60-day money-back guarantee.
